FAQ

  • Does all the fiber come from your farm?
Most of the yarns we spin use wool from our sheep or mohair from our goats; however, we also use fiber from other farms. We enjoy spinning a variety of fibers, so when there's a fiber that we don't raise ourselves (such as alpaca, llama, or other sheep breeds) we rely on fiber farmer friends. Occassionally we will also use a synthetic fiber in our art yarn or weaving to produce a specific result. Materials are always listed in product descriptions.
  • Can I visit your farm?
We love to entertain visitors when they schedule an appointment. Our farm is also our home, so we do not have public hours. If you would like to schedule a visit to meet everyone here, please send us an email or give us a call. Please, no pets allowed.
  • Do you take custom orders?
We'd love to work on a special project for you, just send us an email and let us know what you're looking for and we will let you know if we can accomodate you. Please understand that processing, spinning, weaving, crocheting...they all take time. If you're in a hurry for a product, please look through our current inventory.
  • Do you accept returns?
We do our very best to describe each item so you know exactly what you'll receive. Ask us any questions prior to purchase so that we can help you feel great about your purchase. If you need to return an item, please let us know. We just want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Send us an email, and we'll make it right.
